In October of 2023, Phoenix joined J.S. Held, a global consulting firm that combines technical, scientific, financial, and strategic expertise to advise clients seeking to realize value and mitigate risk. This partnership strengthens our ability to support clients by amplifying our footprint, expanding our capabilities, and increasing the resources available to serve our clients. J.S. Held has over 1,500 professionals located throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.

• Helped a luxury bottled water producer complete an $11.2 million refinancing with MidCap Business Credit
• Assisted Congoleum to complete a $10 million refinancing with Pathward
• Served as financial advisor to a $100 million designer, manufacturer, and installer of cleanroom facilities
• Acted as Interim CFO for a $90 million manufacturer of precast concrete where the secured lender exercised its proxy and reconstituted the Board of Directors 8 days into our engagement
• Served as financial advisor to the seller of a $40 million division to foreign conglomerate
• Acted as Chief Restructuring Officer for a publicly traded contract development and manufacturing organization

New Promotions:

• Pat Bellot has been promoted to Managing Director. As part of the Phoenix team, he has participated in more than 60 engagements where Phoenix advised, managed, or raised capital for companies in both the public and private sectors.
• Kyle Landis has been promoted to Vice President. Kyle serves clients in interim management and advisory roles across several industries in the middle market. He is a registered representative with FINRA and holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Michael Sutters has been promoted to Vice President. Mike has served in interim financial management roles for Phoenix clients.
• Luc Batawi has been promoted to Senior Associate. Luc provides financial and analytical support to Phoenix clients in a variety of industries.
